Huge thank you to Wesley Gilliland and his wife Beni for this job this past week! After limping the door along they made the right decision and called the company that would get it fixed for good! On this job we upgraded his spring system to a torsion system, new cables, a new Linear belt drive opener, and custom fabricated some brackets to allow the door to seal better at the top and clear the springs when opening and closing. We also went ahead and upgraded them to two springs instead of just one. Need to get a door working properly with the right parts that are made to last? As we've been trying our best to keep up with all our great customers that God has blessed us with we are still pressing forward on getting our 1 ton work truck done! A little peak at some of the progress we've made and still a lot more to come! It's because of our great customers that makes rebuilding this truck till midnight worthwhile! When you have about 6 inches of headroom above the garage door a garage door it can get pretty tricky to get a door to fit and run smoothly. Low heard track is always a great set up to go with. What better door to replace an old fiberglass garage door with than a CHI steel garage door! Huge thank you to the Casto and Murphy families for this great job that we were able to get done right the first time! We replaced two doors and installed two electric openers.

Another set of garage doors replaced! Insulated doors are always a good choice no matter if your garage is insulated or not. Mainly because they last the longest, because we order all of our insulated doors with a steel backer to go on the inside. This extra sheet of steel is the best way to make a good quality steel door last even longer. We also order all our doors with 14 gauge commercial grade hinges, nylon rollers for a smooth and quiet operation, and at least one reinforcement strut to go at the top of the door in case an opener would be installed to provide a sturdy mounting surface for that opener to pull on. Another spring replacement in the books and another torque master spring system in the scrap pile! We also went ahead and added some heavier cables, new reinforcement struts, and redid the back hangs for the track. This time we'd like to thank the Gilliland family for their business and calling the right company the first time. Our motor is "call backs cost us green backs".not just money out of our pocket, but unexpected money out of yours. This time we'd like to thank the Hanlon family for their recent business! On this job we replaced two 9X8 garage doors and got two older openers working good as new. Another pair of broken springs fixed in the books! We had two doors and one had a broken spring. Since both doors were the same age we went ahead and replaced the spring on both doors. We also added a 3 inch reinforcement strut at the top of the door to ensure that each electric opener was pulling on a sturdy part of the garage door. If no strut is put at the top of a garage door, sometimes it can lead to the top of the door cracking and folding inward, compromising the top of the door. It's always a good day when we get a 14ft commercial door working again! On this job we replaced two sections on the bottom of the door without having to tear out and reinstall the whole door. An hour later we had the door going up and down like it was brand new. We also noticed that the electric opener was not properly braced in the middle of the rail that the trolley rides on, so we went ahead and got it corrected as well.
