Thank you dawn and Esteban for trusting us with your home update project. You guys were wonderful to work with and treated us like family! I know we had some not so great weather to deal with and some road blocks ( improper flashing) that slowed us down a bit but you guys persevered through with us and were wonderful to work with! Thank you again!!!
NOTE FOR HOMEOWNERS: please be careful who you hire. Whether it’s siding contractors, roofing contractors Etc. make sure you can trust them and do everything you can to make sure the work is done properly. I know sometimes it’s difficult, not every homeowner is going to climb up on a roof ( nor should they have to) or know exactly what to look for. However, we ran into an issue with the step flashing done by another roofing company a few years prior. Instead of the flashing being up the wall 4” per code it was only 2” ( which can cause leaking issues down the road) don’t be afraid to ask contractors for pictures. Please please please protect yourself. You are already spending enough money to have your home project done so do your best to make sure the contractor is doing it correctly.
