Caldwell Co- power crews across the foothills and mountains are working to restore power. This crew from Blue Ridge Electric is on Laytown road north of Lenoir right now. I’m heading to Boone now where the temperature is 0 degrees. I’ll be live up there at noon at five today on channel 9 eyewitness news. Brrrr!!!
