If someone installs cameras at your facility then puts a picture of them on the internet, they are not professionals -- they are accomplices to whomever breaks in to your property next.

Today I noticed our competition compromises almost every camera job they do by putting it on facebook. Even if their clients are ok with that, they have not been properly educated on security. There is a difference between pro and professional. Choose wisely.

Compared to what -- our under-skilled competition, or the internet? If you accept the lowest bidder, prepare to accept the lowest quality result.
Also keep in mind that low quality work costs more to properly repair, and low quality products don't survive like their pro-grade counterparts.

If "cheap" is your concern, call our competition and take a gamble. Otherwise, call us for worry free solutions.

I regretfully inform you, all of my current and future clients, that I will now have to place a fuel surcharge on your bills. I have been eating it this whole time doing my part as an individual to offset inflation, but it is no longer profitable unless I have a fuel surcharge. I will erase it once fuel prices come down again.

Finding things like this is why I take my duties seriously. This was next to someone's bed. "Cheap" products and poor workmanship by the installer are found to be the cause of this.

The wire was likely nicked upon initial installation, and shows evidence of a poorly tightened connection. That caused arcing and heat, which over time melted the jacket off the wire and the thin plastic on the receptacle. The wire was burned in half and still live when I arrived.

If you are ever doing construction involving your home or business, be sure to have a licensed electrician who believes in long-life quality.

Attention Everyone:

The 'Covid-19' hype is not affecting us. We WILL NOT shut down or cancel anything for it. It's a flu, so we will all likely end up with it anyway, and we are proceeding forward in that manner.

Also--we have some employee training March 16-20, 2020. We will be closed for that week only. We will be answering phones but not using tools.
