We recently completed this Ezebreeze porch. It is likely the last project we will do that resulted from derecho damage. Cedar 1x6 T&G ceiling and LP Smartside interior finish. The homeowners are installing the flooring themselves. This addition added a much needed flex space and will be enjoyed for years to come!

Finished up this covered deck/deck project today. Duralife decking with Westbury Riviera railing. Cedar tongue and groove ceiling with LP wrapped beams. With the 36” overhangs it really stands out! Thank you as always to Suburban Lumber Company for providing quality building materials!

Windows are in and building is complete on this 3 seasons and deck addition. Flooring to be installed next week and it will be finished!

Off with the old and in with the new. Wrapped up the major portion of this project in the 100+ temps today. Ezebreeze windows are still a few weeks out. We tore off the old 12x16’ deck and pergola and built this new 14x16’ ezebreeze porch with a 8x10’ DuraLife by Barrette Outdoor Living grill deck and stairs. This project really transformed their back yard living space! Thanks again to Suburban Lumber Company for the quality building products and great service!
