I get asked sometimes why I use all organic ingredients, and why I don’t just “lower costs” to make things cheaper and profits higher.

The truth is, food is medicine. The flour, sugar, eggs, and more come from farmers who care about the soil and the animals, not just the bottom dollar.

It matters to me and to your body. 🌾

I’ll never cut corners to make a few dollars. In my mind, the organic option shouldn't cost more than the conventional option. I bake for you the way I bake for my own family. Organic ingredients, locally sourced, and properly-fermented. Your body will thank you!

When I say everything is made from scratch, I mean everything.

From my homemade vanilla extract and Italian seasoning to the marshmallows that top my cookies, these things don't come from a bag or bottle. Even my icings, spice blends, and fruit juice are made or squeezed by hand, right here in my kitchen.

It takes more time, more care, and sometimes a few extra dishes to wash 😉 but I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Because when you bake from scratch, you control what goes in… and what doesn’t. No shortcuts, no preservatives, no fillers. Just real ingredients and honest work.

That’s the difference you can taste in every bite. 🍞✨

Everything I bake has a story behind it: early mornings, late nights, sticky dough, and a whole lot of love. But deeper than that, my bakery is about connection.

It’s about slowing down, nourishing people the right way, and remembering that good food is one of the simplest ways to care for each other.
When you bring home one of my sourdough goodies, you’re not just supporting a local baker, you’re part of a community that values real food, community, and heart.💛
