There’s something satisfying about taking a bathroom that feels dated and heavy and turning it into a space that feels clean, bright, and custom built for the homeowner.

For this remodel, we transformed the entire space:

• Removed the oversized tub and old surround
• Installed a brand new shower surround for accessibility and function
• Added a new shower door
• Updated the flooring and paint
• Finished it off with a custom marble accent and glass inlay above the surround

That marble detail completely changed the feel of the room and gave the whole bathroom a higher-end, custom look without overwhelming the space.

The little details matter. The fit. The finish. The way everything flows together when it’s done right.

Pet Post Wednesday!

I got to spend some time with Sasha recently and she’s one of those dogs you instantly connect with.

She’s a gentle senior sweetheart who absolutely loves behind-the-ear scratches and just being close to people. Calm, affectionate, and incredibly easy to be around.

There’s something about senior dogs that gets me every time. They’re grateful, loving, and just want a good home and someone to spend time with.

Sasha has also shown she can coexist well with other dogs when introductions are done thoughtfully. She’s got a really sweet and easygoing personality.

Honestly, if you’ve ever thought about adopting a senior dog, Sasha might be your girl.

We’re proud to support the Toledo Humane Society through our sponsored kennel and help incredible dogs like Sasha get a little more visibility and hopefully find the perfect home.

We recently snapped this photo on a job and this Sunday morning, sitting here over coffee on a long weekend, I found myself reflecting on just how grateful I am for this team.

Nico and Tyler are the kind of guys who intuitively know what to do, where to be, and when to jump in. There’s a level of cohesiveness and extreme ownership that you can’t fake. Everyone cares deeply about doing great work and taking care of our clients.

But honestly, one of my favorite parts is that we’re constantly trying to make each other laugh too. We have fun together, and I think that shows in the environments we create and the work we do.

We take our work much more seriously than ourselves.

You wouldn’t believe what was hiding above this ceiling…

This kitchen started with an old drop ceiling that made the whole space feel lower, darker, and dated.

We removed the drop ceiling, installed fresh drywall, added 6 recessed lights, and gave everything a clean coat of paint on the ceilings and walls.
Now? Bright. Open. Completely transformed.

It’s amazing what happens when you take a space back to its full height and let the light in.

Backsplashes have been taking over our schedule lately, and honestly, we’re not mad about it!

This one’s a fun side-by-side:
Black backsplash on one project

Same idea. COMPLETELY different feel!

Quick detail on the “black” backsplash… it’s not a solid black. It has white marbling running through it, which gives it a lot more movement and texture. The close-up really shows it off. It’s bold without feeling flat.

The white backsplash keeps things bright, clean, and timeless.

That’s the beauty of a backsplash. It’s not just functional, it sets the tone for the whole kitchen.

Not every project is about looks. Some are about making life easier, safer, and a little more comfortable every day.

This one meant a lot to us.

We installed grab bars and lowered a handheld showerhead to make this bathroom safer and more accessible for a shower chair. Simple changes, but they make a big difference in someone’s ability to stay independent in their own home.
