If you have hands-on experience with gate installations, access control, or welding, and you’re ready to step into a leadership role, we want to talk to you!
Job Responsibilities
Lead a 3-man installation crew in the field
Install and configure automated gates, access control systems, and security barriers
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and site plans
Ensure all projects meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards
Train and oversee team members to ensure high-quality workmanship
Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and office staff
Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges on-site
Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles
Qualifications
✅ 3+ years experience in gate automation, access control, or construction leadership
✅ Strong knowledge of automated gate systems, electrical wiring, and welding
✅ Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
✅ Experience with welding (MIG, Stick) & metal fabrication is a plus
✅ Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
✅ Strong leadership and team management skills
✅ Valid driver’s license with a clean record
✅ Must be able to lift 75+ lbs
