1. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Policy:
We offer a 7-day return policy on all plant purchases. To be eligible for a return, the plant must be in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Note: We do not offer refunds or returns for plants that are lost or damaged during shipping.

2. Shipping Policy:
We carefully package all plants to ensure th

ey arrive in the best possible condition. However, once the package leaves our hands, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage during transit. No refunds will be given for such occurrences.

3. Custom Orders:
A non-refundable deposit is required for all custom orders at the time of purchase. Full payment must be made before any custom plant order is picked up or shipped.

4. Payment:
All purchases must be paid in full before plants are picked up or shipped. We accept PayPal G&S, CashApp, Cash, Facebook Pay, Venmo, and Zelle.

5. Customer Service:

The Clarksville Oddities & Curiosities Market was amazing as always yesterday. I love doing events like this one. The coordinators are always so kind and helpful. The other vendors absolutely rock. We are planning on slowing down on events next year and only doing our absolute favorites. This one is staying on the list for sure. Now I’m going into grind mode and prepping for the Southeast Plant Show. If you have any plant requests, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

Monday’s show is a BIG one.

We’re celebrating my husband, my forever partner, and the “A” in A&B Tropics.

Without him, this business would not only have a much lamer name and be called B Tropics, but I truly don’t know where we’d be. He has supported this crazy little plant dream from the very beginning, helped keep it running, and is a huge reason we have over 1,000 five-star reviews.

So even if you never hop on Whatnot, make an exception Monday. Come say hi, hang out, and help me make his day special.
