This is our house I gutted one of the bedrooms and built tracy her own huge powder room with large walk in closet and a divider wall and moved the laundry room upstairs so she wouldn’t have to carry laundry up the stairs then cut in a door into the next bedroom which will be the new master when it is done. I also hand made the window trim and trim over the shower entrance she wanted the shower valve on the opposite side of shower head so she could turn the water on when she stepped in without getting her hair wet

My sisters front porch was rotted so me and Todd ripped it apart and built her a small addition . We custom built all the trim and window seal and also built her a custom entry into her dining room with built in ledging . All the trim was burnt with a torch. We wired up and added a ceiling fan and 1 wall outlet
