In 2004 I joined the the Heating and Air world i was nothing more than a parts getter, 9 years later the owner of the company i worked for got ill and had to sell the company, i was sold with it. The only way i could keep up the same great customer service that the loyal customers expected was to obtain my master mechanical license and go out on my own, i did so and created Hartley Heating and C

ooling. Now the way i run my business is a system i call the "Good ol' boy" system which means you treat people with respect,honesty,fellowship and loyalty.
