Now Hiring — Lake Erie Pools (NE Ohio)

We’re looking to build another solid crew for the 2026 season.

Hiring:
• Crew Lead (experience preferred)
• Laborers (no experience needed — will train)

Work includes:
• Above ground & inground pool installs
• Liner replacements
• Outdoor labor / construction

Pay:
• $18–$25+/hr depending on experience
• Opportunity to grow with the company

Requirements:
• Show up on time
• Good attitude
• Willing to work hard outdoors

We’re not looking for people who call off, show up late, or need babysitting.

One thing most homeowners don’t realize about inground pools…

The structure under the ground matters more than what you see on the surface.
