Not all tile work is straightforward. One of the bathrooms we are working on has a pedestal sink that requires precision. And when the customer picks out hexagon tiles, each corner and wall is going to have unique shapes. 

Sometimes it’s easier to do this prep work at home, but it’s important to remember that it is still work getting done behind the scenes.

This poor door had no weather stripping! Can’t be letting all that bought air out (and bugs in)!

We removed existing trim, added proper weather stripping and put up new trim. Finished with caulk and paint to seal her up tight.

Not all projects are glamorous but functional is important.

Gosh why isn’t this cutting faster??

Got started on a bathroom floor project by pulling up wood flooring that had gotten…well let’s call it…soiled. Aiming is hard. That’s what they say anyway.

Looking forward to freshening up this space with tile. We hear people’s aim has improved so it should remain mostly clean. 😉

Tiffany is almost finished with this kitchen/foyer flooring project! We love the product our customer chose. It has a stone tile look to it and is going to look really great against their other floors when they are completed. (No we are not keeping the lime pattern linoleum.)
