Must have current Texas driver’s license and clean driving record.
Must hold a current Irrigation Tech license in Texas.
Must be able to speak/write English.
Haynes will train and cover the cost of educational classes and licenses.
Job Responsibilities but not limited to:
• Complete Inspections on all properties
• Complete daily inspection reports
• Complete repairs from reports as needed.
• Up-sale improvements
• Follow up daily to receive approval on repairs and proposals.
• Make all repairs on all contract properties as approved from Inspection reports.
• Complete daily job route sheet
• Scheduling of contract inspections and approved repairs.
• Repair and enhancement proposals outside of monthly inspections.
• Job costing reports

• Price updates.
• Attend DIA monthly meetings and Annual DIA EXPO.
• Other educational seminars, classes and events required by Haynes. May require weeknights or weekends. All costs of events covered by Haynes.
• Truck parts inventory and maintenance.
• Shop parts inventory.
• Weekly meetings with Haynes Team for scheduling and planning.
• Daily meeting with your manager.
• Customer relations.
• Know all City water guidelines.
• Know state and local laws and regulations.
• Emergency on call after hours and weekends when required.
• Must always be available for sudden longer hours each day especially during peak season.
• Ability to work in extreme conditions – temperatures may exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Ability to work in direct sunlight for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift and carry heavier weight.
• Ability to bend, stoop and twist continuously throughout the day.
• 2 years’ experience in a landscape-related field.
• Must have a Texas Irrigation Tech License in good standing.
• Career minded.

Starting Pay Rate: Negotiable
Sales and Commissions: To be determined after Licensed, training, knowledge, and ability to perform.
Simple IRA available. Must start in January of each year.
Training period: 3 months Knowledge and Performance review.
