Welcome to Shea-Noel!!! So, a few things.. This is a new year. I haven't really had a lot of moments to even update this page or our website since this COVID mess has folks hating their houses.

So, quick reintroduction..

I am Shandra Blackwell-Rock and I run this reality series called Shea-Noel. I live near Memphis, TN with my awesome husband, kids and pups. I have a yachting problem and seriously love to create. I also love fashion design and helping kids be as *Tacular* as possible. IFYKYK.

I will try to post more here.
Creating can be exhausting.. So I have made it a mission to create for fun this year. And... also a mission to create things from our Shea-Noel Home Store to your home!

Like this post if you have ever come to the realization that home renovation can be ugly 😂😂😂😂🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️. ⁣

Today as my mind rolls into 28319274 places, I realized that I haven’t sat down to lay out my entire design schematic for my own home the way I do for my clients. ⁣

Picking out FF&E and choosing people to execute 293845 phases for a complete home renovation may seem like stress for some. But, it’s second nature to me. 🤷‍♀️ just have to do it for myself! ⁣

People have asked - why don’t you guys just move? Great question. ⁣
⁣
We don’t have time to. 😂😂😂😂 ⁣
⁣
And to be fair. We like our house - just gonna make it our home.. if you know me - I have limited patience and found myself learning how to install trim instead of just drawing it on CAD and letting someone else do the install... I would like to see me install trim. 😂😂😂😂 ⁣

💯 real talk from Einstein right there! One of the best things about being trusted by my clients...is being trusted to bring their kiddos the coolest rooms ever. Each one I create, is done with the input from each child. Can you imagine studying in this artist’s room?
📺 Fun fact :: This cool space scored a spot on HGTV’s Generation Renovation.
🤷‍♀️ Who knew back in design school my love for kids spaces would translate to real life.... and I have 4 kiddos. So we have a lot of kids rooms happening. 😂😂😂 Would you turn your kids loose with a designer? 🤔😏

Whew! We made it through the week and it is almost the weekend! Weekends are always packed around my home, with people and events. I designed this *morning room* for a client to give them a place to get away from the hectic parts of life! Now, if it would just warm up a tad in the south, they could enjoy the pool right outside their bedroom as well! Do you have a quiet place to sit and reflect?

As the saying goes... this isn’t your grandmother’s tile backsplash! Nooooo. Sure isn’t! This is pure art and one of the many ways I am inserting color into those perfectly neutral kitchens we are all loving lately. This glass tile mosaic is from my friends at Tile Bar, and I love 98% of everything they create. Anyone wanna try this at home?

Furthering the trends of 2019, Pantone released its choice for color of the year. Living Coral... as it is named by the go to color institute, will not only be seen in Home fashion... but also will trickle over into other aspects of our lives. I’m interested to see how this color appears throughout the year! Would you use this color in your home.... or would you stick to wearing it once the fashion world catches up?

Insanity!!!! What would you do with 19 bathrooms???? Beautiful home!

The house was originally listed for $29 million and has every bell and whistle you can think of. There's a pool with a grass island in the middle of it, a door from the Pl***oy Mansion, a table based on the streets of Baghdad, and MJ-branded golf flags.

So, I have a few people asking, and yes. Shea-Noel Interiors is accepting new clients. However. We are currently booked through the end of October. That happened quickly. If you are interested in having your home decked out for Christmas, please let me know. Accepting install dates starting Nov 15.
