The final gig of the day: securing a property that got robbed in record time - less than 24 hours. Thieves busted the front window and swiped all the copper. Neighbors caught them in the act and threatened to call the police, prompting the Super to remove the AC to prevent another heist. We were called in to board up the place. A little extra cash for me, a lot of peace of mind for the Super. 🙂

Today’s episode of ColemanDarden to the rescue. A broken mailbox is causing our tenant and mail-lady extreme grief and frustration due to a broken post. The tenant has tried everything including dominos to hold this thing up but to no avail. Luckily they were able to reach . We came by gave an awesome quote and diagnostic and are now just waiting for the property owner or management company to give us a call to confirm the repair. Updates on the way.
