Due to a faulty toilet fl**ge, the toilet was entirely disconnected from the floor. A new metal fl**ge was installed, replacing the original plastic fl**ge. The new metal fl**ge will ensure our customer enjoys many years of hassle-free service.

This customer's complaint was that the hot water flow didn't have enough pressure. After inspection, we discovered that the hot water supply line under the house was corroded and filled with deposits. We replaced all damaged waterlines and restored full flow for the customer.

This customer required a “full turnkey”. The last renter left this property un rentable. We changed the locks, removed trash from the inside and out, repaired all the damage, pressure washed the exterior and painted the complete interior. We returned the keys to the owner in 8 days, completely ready to go back on the market. If you ever find your self in need of a full turnkey, give us a call!

On inspection of this rental property, we discovered that this  chimney was missing its cap. The missing cap was allowing the elements and critters access to this property. We sourced and installed a new chimney cap for this customer, protecting this property’s integrity and value.
