💐Spring is one of the best times to catch small home issues before they become expensive repairs later in the year.

A few things homeowners should check this season:

• Soft spots near doors or windows
• Loose deck boards or railings
• Cracked exterior caulk
• Gutters overflowing or pulling away
• Doors sticking or not latching correctly
• Water staining on ceilings or around trim
• Loose siding or fascia after winter weather

Out with the old, in with the new 👇

We’re in the middle of a full flooring refresh:
• Removing old carpet and padding
• Cleaning up adhesive and debris
• Prepping the subfloor for a clean install

A proper install starts long before the new flooring goes down. Prep work is everything if you want it to last.

This project was a great reminder that a solid finished product starts with what’s underneath.

The customer had plumbing work scheduled and reached out to us needing the flooring opened up and structure repaired quickly so everything could move forward without delays. We were able to come out the very next day to get things prepped and ready for the plumbers to do their job.

Once on site, we found sections of rotted subfloor that needed to be removed and replaced to ensure a strong, stable base. After addressing the structural concerns, we removed the old vinyl flooring and installed new LVP to give the space a clean, updated look.

From coordinating with other trades to making sure the foundation is done right, this is the kind of work that keeps projects moving smoothly and built to last.
