It is with a heavy heart that I tell you my shop will be closing. Life has changed drastically since my accident in 2020 and it isn’t possible, at this time, for me to return to working my little shop in Mentone. This was not an easy decision, nor one I arrived at overnight. You have filled my time as a shop owner with sweet memories and great conversations with so many new and old faces. The shop will have a two-day liquidation sale handled by a local estate sale company on August 28th and 29th. There are many treasures waiting to find their next home. Thank you for supporting my dream and for your well wishes and prayers over the past two years. On to the next adventure God has for me!

Make Saturday a day in Mentone! I'm having another Pop-up shop this coming Saturday (April 30th) to help bring on those May flowers and to celebrate with my bookstore neighbors, Pete & Freddy's Pages Aplenty Small-Town Bookstore!

The warm kiss of Autumn colors this time of year always does my heart good. Gathering oranges, yellows, browns, reds, and the subtle hints of the season makes the busy buzzing of this time of year slow down. A good reminder to look outside more for the blessings.
