This one was life coming full circle. Not the house (anymore) but the property. This was the location of my first home in Bellevue, a 1200 sq ft rambler that was the foundation of uncountable memories and joy.
When the text came in about an edit along with the address I did a double take!
It was a pleasure being inside the new home, and the owners are lovely (the ones I sold to). Of course I had to peek out the window from every room!

Recent empty nesters turned home design enthusiasts! This project was filled with so much personal reward. To see two people fall in love with their home all over again. They were involved in every aspect of the design process (remodel, furniture, adding family heirlooms while sticking to a fixed budget.) Win win! 🙏🏻

Quick turn around on this Edit/Stage. Blending HO items with a few accents! Pending in 3 days. I'd say it turned out alright.👍🏽

We barely had the finishing touches on this one and it's pending! Small from the street but enough for everyone inside. Don't be fooled by tiny Seattle houses! 😉
