This week’s update:
It was so cold the machines were frozen to the ground!! We poured a concrete pad under the tanning ledge for support, and are doing preliminary work around the pool and spa to get ready for rock and concrete! We are also continuing to grade the ground to get ready for landscaping.

Project update!! Pool, spa, and tanning ledge have all been delivered and set with the crane. The pump and plumbing have been installed as well as lighting. We are continuing to grade the ground and installing gutters and French drains.

Next steps: rock work and fire pit!

Project update! This week was wet and muddy but we were able to rough in the retaining wall and drainage behind it! Pool arrives this week!! Stay tuned!

Did you know that winter is a great time to plant trees? Planting trees while they are dormant allows them a jump start to getting established in the spring! The largest trees at this project were 7,000 lbs each, which requires proper mats to prevent the yard from being torn up by the heavy equipment needed to safely transport the trees to their holes. We fixed a major drainage issue in the back of our customer’s property. We extended the drainage pipe by 40 ft., backfilled it and added sod. We also solved another water issue in the backyard by making a small swell to redirect the water. Our happy customer is now able to enjoy his backyard!
