We’re Hiring: Social Media Lead Manager (Pay Per Lead – Not Hourly)
For J. Thomas Property Services (based in Merrimac, MA / Seabrook, NH)

This is a remote, results-based role for someone who knows how to turn posts into paying leads. You will own all social media activity and lead generation through Facebook and Instagram.

Your Role:
• Create and post engaging content (reels, stories, images) 3–4x/week
• Use Canva or similar to design posts
• Engage with followers, respond to DMs, manage comments
• Search local groups and keywords (e.g., “junk removal,” “swing set assembly”)
• DM potential leads and convert conversations into contact info
• Log all leads (name, town, service requested)
• Ask me for specific photos/videos if needed to support content
• Adjust your strategy based on what actually works

Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
• Reliable computer or laptop (not just a phone)
• Fast internet connection
• Comfortable using Canva, Meta Business Suite, and basic editing tools
• Solid writing and communication
• Self-managed—no babysitting
• Able to reply to DMs during normal hours
• Professional, mature, and no political or drama posting—ever

This is a remote position, but you must know how to speak to a local audience.

Pay Structure:
• $15 per qualified lead (must include name, town, service requested)
• $50 bonus for every booked job
• $100+ bonuses available for big job weeks ($1,000+ value)
• No hourly pay. This is pay-for-performance only.
