This was the most drastic of all yards I have ever encountered, almost $5,000 in junk removal from the front and back yards, worked with Colton at Ready Removal out of Arlington, WA who was Amazing. After all was removed, including layers and layers of carpeting, a truck of gravel was dispersed throughout front and back yards, the exterior pressure washed, gutters re-attached and cleaned out, skylights cleaned, facia painted, new exterior lights installed, tree trimmed by my handsome husband, newly painted front and back doors and topped off with a new doorbell and Seahawks door mat.

Awe the most precious place in the house the WA rental kitchen remodel. YES I wanted to update the counters to a white/grey quartz, but did not have the funds to do so...yet. Otherwise the kitchen got a new color scheme that complements even the outdated counters, soft-close hinges, a new faucet(highly suggest this upgrade to any rental), LVP flooring, baseboards, and a new stainless dishwasher(again wanted to update all appliances but funds would not permit at this time).

The WA rental boasted a great room with vaulted ceilings, a fireplace that got a lovely whitewash, new paint and baseboards, LVP flooring, new blinds, new screens, new doorbell cover, new baseboard thermostats, and a freshly painted front door. Same goes for the attached dining room, new paint, baseboards, LVP flooring and blinds.

The WA rental also included 3 bedrooms, 2 received new paint, baseboards, blinds and a deep carpet cleaning. The 3rd and Primary bedroom included a new pair of sliding closet doors, new LVP flooring, baseboards and paint.

The WA rental was my dad's house, he passed away in April and I was in WA for almost 2 months settling his affairs. Over the next few days I will be sharing the remodeling projects done by Rebel Repairs.

Public service announcement, replace or fix your silicone in your tubs and showers, all joints, remove old with a utility knife and screwdriver, clean it up and put new silicone along the whole tub and all edges of your shower... and fyi, water can also find it's way through your cracked grout lines... doesn't have to look pretty unless you are selling, or you can give me a call and I can help.

Out with the old, in with the new...a relatively easy and cheap upgrade to give your house. These were the last few to replace in our workout room.
