HEY YOU!!! I’ll give you a FREE (but valuable) TIP if you’ll take a moment to read my post & have a peek 👀 at my stucco texture matching skills….
Deal? Ok….go ahead & zoom in on that first pic. See a repair or patch? No? Now take a glance at the other pics & you’ll see that giant hole I had to make disappear. Now go back to the first pic again. See any evidence of a repair or patch at all? I’m waiting. ‘Round these parts they call me Houdini. 🪄 😜
I’m as particular about my stucco work as I am about everything else I do. When you need the perfect repair, when your standards & expectations are high, you know who to call. You only get one chance to get it done right the first time. Trust me, it’s much cheaper that way too.
The cost to redo someone else’s bad repair almost always costs the homeowner double, or triple what it should have had they hired a pro to begin with.
Now here’s that tip I promised- After 2 decades of doing this type of work, my best advice to a consumer, especially if that consumer is even slightly particular about finish work, is this- DO NOT HIRE A HANDYMAN to do drywall & stucco work. Always hire a licensed specialist if you can. It’s cheaper in the long run & your house won’t look like Dr. Frankenstein got ahold of it, & that’s a good thing. 👍

If you didn’t already know, I’m pretty good at repairing & restoring dry-rotted & water damaged wood.
On this particular job I saved my customer about $1000.00 by repairing her existing exterior service door frame & jamb versus replacing it with a whole new pre-hung door & frame, which is what other contractors were telling her she needed.
I removed the damaged wood, performed my magic, primed & painted my repairs, installed a new threshold (hers was gone), new weatherstripping, adjusted the door & BOOM!!💥!!… GOOD AS NEW!!

Fancy, super clean house? Fancy floors & art work? Fancy Level 5 Smooth Drywall Finish? You can’t trust just any contractor to handle a job like this. It sounds like you might need a Fancy Reliable Repair Guy!! 🎩 😜

On this job I repaired a 9’ x 5” inch hole and a 7’x 5” hole running across two hallway ceilings. The holes were cut by the electricians who needed attic access from below.
I masked the floors off all the way to the front door, created a tent to contain ALL dust & debris, repaired the drywall, dried the repairs with fans, sanded, primed & painted ALL in 1 day, with NO MESS, and the repairs are undetectable under any lighting conditions at any angle. How do I know that? Experience, & because I used a special light and checked. Sounds pretty fancy to me. 🤩🤩🤩

In Gilbert, AZ yesterday doing some stucco crack patching, matching faded exterior paint and using a sprayer to blend into existing paint for a near perfect repair. 😊 👍
