Doctor Leak Seek Plumbing installed an Irrigation Backflow device for a neighborhood park. The purpose of this device is to separate the landscaping water from the potable drinking water in our houses. They are mandated by the health code. So next time you see one in your neighborhood, you will know how important they are.

Broken drain line inside of a block wall.
This customer noticed water coming out from under the kitchen cabinets. When I arrived, they had the cabinets removed and water was weeping from between the joints of the block. We put a camera in the pipe and found 2 joints had broken inside the block wall. Time to demo the block to gain access to make the repairs.

We responded to a call in Mesa AZ. about a house that had a sewer backup. We cleared the main line and put a camera in the pipe to discover that tree roots had crushed the pipe and started to grow inside, obstructing the flow. Some of the roots were over ten inches in diameter! Once we cut the roots out we made the repairs and tested for proper flow.

Plumbing Leak Detection

This customer had a high water bill but was not seeing any water anywhere on the property. After performing an electronic leak search we found a slab leak under the house.

Customer called us saying that they have no hot water. When we arrived we noticed that their water heater had caught on fire! We turned the electricity off at the panel and began to investigate. After opening the inspection panels it was determined that the tank had been leaking slowly for some time and the water had finally saturated the electronics causing a electrical fire.
Customer opted for a high efficiency 10 year warranty water heater to replace the old failed equipment.
