We are a local company that specializes in roofing, fencing, sheetrock, painting, and siding.

We do roof replacements and repairs almost every day, and while it’s something that gives homeowners peace of mind, we were recently blessed to be a part of something much more special.

Along with Make-A-Wish Texas Gulf Coast and Louisiana, we helped bring a young man’s vision to life and give him a truly unique and one-of-a-kind treehouse. Our crews put a lot of hard work into the project, and really shared the passion of Lawson’s vision.

It has been a blessing for us to get to know Lawson and his beautiful family. Please read more about the road he’s traveled and some of the amazing news he’s recently received: Lawson Strong

Here’s a peek at the beginning stages of a very special project for us. Spectrum was recently asked by Make-A-Wish Texas Gulf Coast and Louisiana to help bring a young man’s vision to life. A great day of work with jobs going on in different areas today:

-In Old Metairie, we are replacing a customer’s shingle roof as well as a flat roof in the rear of their house.

-in Old Jefferson, we have just completed concrete prep work, passed the Jefferson Parish inspection this morning, and are now ready to pour concrete as part of an addition of a master bedroom/master bathroom. Framing will begin next week!

-In Covington, we are well underway with a renovation which follows a large Oak tree crashing through the customer’s roof several weeks back. The roof structure has been repaired, a new metal roof is about to be installed, exterior carpentry, new windows, and followed by sheet rock and painting to finish things up.

Catching up with some pics from a busy last 2 weeks….a nice mix of work that included:

-Shingle roofs in Metairie, Slidell, Lacombe, Marrero, Metairie, Luling, River Ridge, Mid-City, and Hammond.

-Also, a variety of flat and metal roofs, siding, fences, custom floating shelves, concrete pad and pergola (with metal roof to follow).

-We also completed over 15 smaller repairs at no cost. If you have reached out for assistance, please be patient and know that we will get to you!

2 more roofs completed yesterday and today both using Owens Corning Roofing shingles, one in ‘Driftwood’ and the other in ‘Teak’.
