Sunday reminder: having your life together is self-care, too 👀 Wellness isn’t always a massage or an hour to yourself.

Sometimes it’s cleaning up the house, getting your week organized, time blocking, checking on college scholarships, answering the emails and actually putting your lymphatic session on the calendar 😂

That’s my Sunday this week.
Summer is winding down, school is back and I’m trying to get myself into a little more structure before we finish out Q3.

Because honestly… peace hits different when you’re not constantly playing catch up.
So today I’m resetting, organizing, planning and making room for the things that keep me feeling good!!!

Ya’ll… are we ready to admit summer wore us OUT? 😂

Late nights. Travel. Fast food. Kids. Work. ALL the things!!!

And now we feeling a little sluggish, puffy, tired and just ain’t feelin’ it. SAME 🙄

But I’ve learned something… I don’t need to wait until my body is screaming for attention before I start taking care of it. Sometimes I just need to pause. It’s not a favorite of mine bc it feels like I’m choosing laziness. But really, most of this summer my body has been overwhelmed… Mostly this heat, but being aware and choosing to support my bodies needs have made a difference. ☕️🪴ﾟ.*･｡ﾟ
