Prices are very volatile. If you are thinking of doing you’re windows / roof please have this conversation with you’re contractor. Contractors are juggling many factors before job commencement. This conversation should take place on you’re first meeting. (By the way I know I misspelled commencement on the video thank you for noticing.)

The construction industry is taking a beating with price volatility. For the most part most roofing contractors are not adjusting prices to reflect “REAL” cost of Job. If you are thinking of doing your roof / Windows please have this conversation with you’re contractor to avoid change order or any misunderstandings .

Working on this roof was very challenging. We dealt with many obstacles along the way. In this business there’s many variables to deal with but in the end is about having a team of champions. Very proud of my team for making this project a success.
