At the beginning of the adventure was Stéphanie, a delicious French
woman, still a little girl at heart, who was longing to relive the beloved
childhood memories with her grandma; Jacqueline. She was only 11 years old when her grandmother passed away and her broken heart never filled the void of Jacqueline’s presence and
unconditional love. Therefore, decades later, when in the middle of the night

she was
suddenly awoken with a clear vision of her grandma’s legacy Stéphanie immediately knew Jacqueline had sent her an angel to ease her pain and lift her spirit to Heaven. Although the chance to reunite had always been literally in her hands,
thereupon she realized that her grandmother’s tart was the key to her
reconstruction, bliss and success. So from the family recipe kept secret since 1899, Stéphanie developed an innovative combination topped over a bed of apples or bananas to create unconventionally satisfying sweet and savory tarts. As a work of art, each tart is unique and aims to bring back feelings of
childhood playfulness, delight and original deliciousness. In conclusion ‘Tartes Jacqueline’™ are the perfect connection between
