CORAL GABLES CANAL HOUSE | Single-Family Residence

A waterfront home designed as a quiet sanctuary within Coral Gables — where architecture dissolves into garden, shade, and light.

Conceived as a sequence of calm moments, the residence frames the canal view through deep overhangs and layered vegetation. Warm wood screens, natural stone, and soft interior volumes create a sense of privacy while keeping the home open to breeze, daylight, and the surrounding tropical landscape.

Sustainability here is expressed through restraint and performance — climate-aware orientation, passive shading, and a biophilic approach that supports well-being through natural materials, ventilation, and sensory balance. A timeless home shaped for long-term value, serenity, and elevated daily living.
