DOMUS Hotel | The Architecture of Context
A sequence of perspectives on the DOMUS Hotel in Brickell.

The project explores the transition between public and private realms. A rhythmic facade sets the tone at street level, while the architectural narrative ascends to a rooftop designed as an urban sanctuary.

From the structural expression of the tower to the infinity pool overlooking the Miami skyline, every element is a study in modern hospitality.

BEYOND AESTHETICS
The Engineering of Design in the Heart of Brickell
Under the creative leadership of Brazilian architect Daniel Gusmão, DGB Architects collaborated with North Development to redefine the Brickell skyline.

The challenge: A 35-story, 579-unit tower that demanded more than just beauty—it required a masterclass in conceptual precision.

🏆 AWARD-WINNING VISION
DGB’s proposal secured the “Overall Design” category in a high-stakes competition, prevailing among Miami’s most influential architecture studios. This recognition reinforces our commitment to delivering projects that are simultaneously urban landmarks and financially sound solutions.

📐 THE ARCHITECTURAL RIGOR
The project stands out by harmonizing bold volumetry with maximum construction efficiency:

Strategic Optimization: A sophisticated response to a premium corner site.

High-End Integration: Seamless flow between 579 units and premium amenities.

The Crown Jewel: An audacious rooftop deck with an infinity pool, overlooking the iconic Miami skyline.

"Where technical rigor meets architectural sensitivity in the luxury market."

DGB Architects | Innovation. Efficiency. Landmark Design.

Concept Design – Competition Finalist and Winner in “Overall Design” category for North Development.
We were proud to collaborate with North Development for the facade design of a new 35-story, 579-unit condo project. Our concept was selected among other prestigious studios and won in the “Overall Design” category. The dynamic growth of the area, the corner aspect of the site and the client’s desire to develop a solution that combines elegance, functionality and cost efficiency guided our design proposition. The building further stands out thanks to its audacious roof deck crowned by an infinity pool facing the Miami skyline.

The Brazilian Navy Museum – Revitalizing the Waterfront

This carousel presents our proposal for the Brazilian Navy Museum design competition, where we ranked 1st among Rio de Janeiro-based studios. The project explores the revitalization of the waterfront, creating a new cultural landmark through fluid and permeable architecture that seamlessly integrates public space with the water’s surface.

The visual journey spans from urban insertion to the immersive experience of the exhibition halls, where natural light and nautical heritage dialogue.
