This house was supposed to be a finish and trim job but we ended up sheetrocking taping and painting walls doors and trim also. Then installed all floors doors window sills and trim (38 of them) kitchen and bathroom tile and lots of extras! Just a nice 2-story house and I hope the lady enjoys it for years! Shout out to my crew John Warner Sr John Miller and my son John Warner!!

Removed small bathroom and two closets to make a handicap bathroom accessible from bedroom and main house! Open concept for wheelchair access. Oversized shower with barrier free base!
