New stairs and railings, flooring , and an amazing bar.Wow!
Great ideas by everyone involved. Shout out to Ed Peters Painting who always makes our projects better than perfect.

Just like the mailman, After 40 years of doing this we are committed to our customers.
Whether we/I’m cold,wet, hungry , sick , injured, tired , busy …. Doesn’t matter. When we start , we finish. We answer the phone , we show up for estimates , we come through. Yes we might me cranky !!
We kept plugging at these two basements the last two weeks regardless of the weather .
No nonsense results , just the facts , and NO time for TikTok videos .

Public service Announcement.
This is the weather, where if you are using supplementary heat ( pellet stove wood stove minisplits space heaters etc ) your hydronic pipes WILL freeze. Turn up the heat , and if you have poor insulation , let your faucets drip all day. .

Here are 2 more basements we are working on .
One in Montgomery and the other in new Windsor . Should be beautiful when we are done. We have a few more scheduled but if you are interested, get on the schedule, our spring dates are filling up fast.

Another basement in the books . Westtown NY. Tough to photograph the finished product with the black ceilings , but , in person , this finished basement /home theatre came out great. Another happy customer .

Here are pictures of one of the basements we have been working on in Montgomery NY.The project kept growing and we added a beautiful set of stairs and railing , , and a bar that we fit nicely into a corner. Also really got to know the customer and aside from both of us being happy with the job , we shared some old war stories. IYKYK

Here is some of what we have been busy with. pics are scattered but include 2 different finished basements that are nearing completion , and a quick bathtub/ shower remodel that we squeezed in under special circumstances.
Final results coming soon . These jobs were located in Montgomery NY , Westtown NY, Unionville NY. We have a lot scheduled ahead but plan ahead

Just finished this massive beauty in New Windsor NY. 9 foot ceilings 1300 sf, 2 minisplits , framing electric , Insualtion , drywall , taping , LVP floors , beautiful doors , and trim , a full bathroom ! and a room divider to seperate the gym from the rest of the man cave. We are booked solid for awhile , but if you want a beautiful job like this , and you can be patient , give us a call.
