We transformed an aging bathroom in Killingworth, CT into a bright, timeless space with a classic-meets-modern feel.

We kept the original charm but elevated everything: custom tilework in soft blues and whites, brushed brass fixtures, a custom vanity with clean lines, and warm natural wood floors to balance the space. The vertical tile layout adds height and rhythm, while the skylight and windows flood the room with natural light.

This remodel was about smart investment—durable, high-quality materials paired with thoughtful design choices that will age well and add long-term value to the home.

In high-traffic spaces like schools, surfaces take a beating. We restored several wood elements that had lost their finish due to daily wear and tear; carefully sanding, staining, and refinishing them to bring back their original character and durability.

We also took care of the prep work staining and finishing of a beautiful new custom bench, built by our friends at Bushka Lumber, making sure it’s ready for a flawless finish.

Some weeks ago had the pleasure of helping a wonderful client in Branford, Connecticut. Their front entry interior had been a bit scuffed up by their adorable pup. We carefully protected the area, patched up the wood to restore it to its original condition, and used our Festool equipment for prep work. We applied Stix Bonding Primer and finished it off with Milesi 2K finish in the original color. The result? A fresh, flawless look that makes it feel like it was just installed.
