Final touches were completed today on this 90s bathroom remodel. 🎉 The original blue shower insert remained to keep costs low and we selected the perfect complementing blue paint to tie it all together. Soft blues and crisp white accents just feels so fresh!
👉🏻Improvements made include:
✅Crown molding/ trim/ caulking
✅Tear out of old and install of new flooring
✅New vanity and plumbing
✅ New toilet installed
✅ Outlets and switches replaced
✅ New light fixtures and hardware
✅ Wall and ceiling prep and fresh paint

An unfortunate dishwasher leak led this client to reach out to us. We removed damaged flooring and sub flooring and replaced with an updated with vinyl wood planking. Another happy client for RGC in the books!

LVP flooring is reasonably priced and is water resistant and scratch resistant. Many great color options available. Great for pet owners, super easy to keep clean and endures heavy traffic and a busy life. 💪

A Rill’s renovation on a budget 💪. Beautiful solid wood cabinets don’t need to be replaced!

These cabinets were updated with some prepping, sanding and a beautiful new finish saving this home owner thousands of dollars. We helped reconfigure the layout of this space to use the current cabinetry they had.
We removed a wall to create an open feel for an inviting kitchen space. An old garden window was removed and boxed in, a new window was installed to fit perfectly over the kitchen sink. Old dated tile was replaced with new LVT flooring. A large pantry was added along with custom stained trim and an island which warms up the space. Finishing touches such as new hardware, paint, stainless appliances and beautiful granite counters make this kitchen functional again while being the heart of home.
