Bathroom update. Replaced some rotted 2x4s and floor boards. Replaced the tub and tile with a kholer sterling shower surround. It is a well made surround and easy to work with.

This is why you always pull the toilet when putting in New floor. My customer needed a new toilet, not all toilets are the same shape. Thankfully they had a few extra pieces of the flooring leftover.

Had a customer with a higher then normal water bill. You can buy these color tablets on Amazon. Drop them in the tank and see if the water is leaking into the bowl. I swapped out the flapper and it fixed the problem. Don't let a cheap easy fix cost you $ every month.
