We are proud to celebrate Morgridge Hall at the University of Wisconsin-Madison for achieving LEED Platinum certification, the highest standard of sustainable design. Now the most sustainable building on campus, the state-of-the-art home for the School of Computer, Data & Information Sciences sets a new benchmark for sustainability.

Designed with high-efficiency systems, a cutting-edge triple-glazed envelope, and nearly 360 rooftop solar panels, Morgridge Hall leads by example. Features like a daylight atrium with central stairs, stormwater capture and reuse, accessible green roofs and biophilic design elements such as indoor gardens and green walls demonstrate Morgridge Hall’s inclusive approach to sustainability and human wellness.

Congratulations to our client and partners on this incredible achievement. Kahler Slater served as Architect of Record in association with LMN Architects for this project.

The environment is part of the care. In mental and behavioral health, that is especially true when delivering care with dignity.

Spaces that feel institutional can increase stress and disconnection. Spaces designed with intention can do the opposite.
• Safer, without feeling restrictive
• Calming, without losing visibility and control
• Supportive for both patients and staff

Design isn’t a backdrop—it’s a tool to improve outcomes, elevate experiences and help people have more good days.

That’s a responsibility we take seriously.

We’re proud to celebrate the groundbreaking of a new Pediatric Surgery Center & Family Medicine Clinic in Fort Myers, expanding access to high-quality care in a growing region.

Developed in partnership with Lee Health, Landmark Healthcare Facilities, and a dedicated project team, this 60,000-square-foot, two-story medical center brings together advanced surgical and family-focused care in a welcoming environment. Thoughtful planning supports efficient, high-quality care today, while resilient, adaptable design positions the facility to grow with the community’s evolving healthcare needs for years to come.

We’re grateful to be part of a project made possible through philanthropy and collaboration, and we look forward to its lasting impact. Completion is anticipated in late 2027.
