F&P Remodeling by Design F&P has been Designing and Remodeling homes for over 25 years We are a licensed General Contractor as well as Lead certified.

Our company is a Design Build company. That means that we design your project and then we do the work, this makes for a smooth and cost effective remodeling project. The projects we do are bathrooms, kitchens, family spaces, additions
and exterior work. We work hard to minimize the remodeling worry for our clients, we do this by having a smooth process for each project, a project calendar showing

the day by day projected progress of the project will be on site as well as a communications board where we will be able to communicate with each other whenever necessary. If you are gone when we arrive or leave you can always leave a question and we will address it for you the next day.

We finished up 2025 with great jobs. Examples:
A luxury bathroom with soaking tub for two.
Added a Bedroom and laundry room in an unfinished basement.
A mid century home bath remodel.
A family room expansion full of windows that looked out onto their beautiful yard and pool,
with woodgrain luxury vinyl flooring seamlessly flowing into the family room.
A small 1920’s bathroom refresh with new vanity, sink, faucet, medicine cabinet with lighted mirror and new flooring.

We are looking forward to the projects in 2026. My favorite projects are kitchens so I’m hoping to do at least one of them this year.
