• Members: Includes NARI, BATC, MMBA and BBB
• New Construction – Includes single family and multi family – Homes range in price from $200,000.00 to $5,000,000.00.
• Remodeling - Pre-existing homes - additions, full remodels, etc. Custom One’s specialty is higher-end remodel projects (crew trained specifically for remodel projects).
• Commercial- Interior and exteriors of hotels, medical & dental clinics, and other commercial buildings
• Lead Certified – RRP (Renovation, Repair and Painting)
• Exteriors – Field, pre-finish, or a combination of 1 & 1 application for fiber cement, composite, and cedar (siding, shakes, and trim).
• Prefinishing – Custom One has an on-site Prefinishing Shop that finishes cabinets, trim, doors, windows, and siding. The Team
• The Owner of the company has been in the painting business for 30 + years.
• The President of the company has been in the painting business for 25 + years.
• Our field supervisors have been with Custom One an average of six years and understand Custom One’s expectations as well as each of their builder’s expectations.
• We have our own Quality and OSHA inspector who works full-time for Custom One tagging our own work to ensure our people are meeting not only our builders’ standards but also Custom One’s standard of excellence. He also ensures that our people are meeting all OSHA requirements and are working safely.
• We have a full-time office staff available Monday – Friday from 7:00 – 4:30.
• We have two estimators dedicated to providing quick turnaround for our builders and customers.
• We have full-time painters who are all employees of Custom One. We do not use subcontractors for our work.
