50–60 foot Italian Cypress removals in Modesto, California.

These trees were growing in a tight area with only about a 3 foot gap available to safely lower and drop sections. Every piece had to be carefully climbed, cut, and controlled to avoid damaging surrounding property.

For this job, I climbed each tree and removed it section by section using a Stihl MS 194T. The video has been sped up quite a bit to make the process easier to watch, but each cut required planning, positioning, and precision.

Most people only see the tree disappear. What they don't see is the work that goes into rigging, balancing, and placing every log exactly where it needs to go when space is limited.

Before and After: Front Yard Cleanup and Landscape Renewal

This front yard cleanup was all about getting unruly growth under control and restoring balance to the landscape. Over time, bushes had become overgrown and looked uneven, weeds had spread throughout the yard, and a significant amount of morning glory had taken over the flowerbed on the right side, creeping onto the patio and spilling into the front yard.

We reshaped the bushes to create cleaner lines and a more cohesive look, removed weeds throughout the space, and cleared out the morning glory that had been encroaching on hardscapes and crowding out other plants. The result is a tidier, healthier, and more welcoming front yard that feels open and properly maintained.

Before and After: Front Yard Cleanup and Canopy Reshaping

This front yard received a full cleanup and reshaping to improve plant health, access, and curb appeal. We removed an invasive tree species that was crowding the landscape and competing with surrounding plants. Along the property line, we trimmed back an encroaching tree to keep it from crossing into the yard.

In the flower bed, we cleaned up the smaller palms by removing dead fronds and excess growth so they look neat and balanced. We trimmed the aloe and shaped the taller palms by removing old and overgrown growth to keep the landscape looking clean and intentional.

This combination of pruning and cleanup helps give the desirable plants more room to thrive, while giving the whole yard a more open and cared-for look.
