And finally, after about six months, our new roundabout at 13th St. is open. Please come and visit our businesses on the east side of Monroe. Thank you to all that braved the Construction. They have a few more things to finish up next week. They said some landscaping and lights.

We like many, we are caught in the TDS issue with no phone service at our office. It appears to be covering quite an area, and affecting many. We have worked with them tirelessly to try to get our calls forwarded to our cell phone phones, and that is not working either. We will keep you up on when phone service comes back. Well, we think we have completed the last pool of the season. A huge shout out to Jamie and his crew with the City of Lancaster. We worked on their old pool back in 2016, while this new pool was in the planning stages. We were very honored to be asked to come back and repaint the new pool that was built in 2019. It has been one heck of a year for swimming pools. We have another community waiting to see if it is possible for them financially this year yet. If not, we have been booking for spring since July. You’ll see us back in the area this next week and throughout the month of November, finishing a pile of projects throughout Wisconsin and Illinois. We love doing pools and these guys are incredibly talented at it.

We pulled into Lancaster today to start disassembling the gutters and acid washing the last planned pool of 2026, in preparation for hopefully painting next week. This is a newer pool that was built in 2019. We did their old pool in 2016, the new pool plan was in the works just waiting for budgeting. It’s always wonderful being asked to come back once again. We don’t see many new pools, but our process is the same whether it’s brand new or 50 years old. We were also asked by a neighboring community to stop by and visit their pool for finishing next spring.

With many thanks to Zach the head of Public Works with the City Of Edgerton, and Bill Betzig with Cedar Corp. Engineering out of Madison. We have completed the Edgerton pool. It’s always tricky the first time around dealing with the many different elements. This team always comes through. Thank you again to the City Of Edgerton for having us, it was truly a pleasure.

This is what we mean, when we say we have a man on the hook. This pool had a transition to the diving well that was too steep and dangerous to walk. It’s kind of funny when people ask what type of painting we do. We tell them everything from your bathroom to Harley Davidson, Chevrolet, and Chrysler dealerships. Our pool division is growing every year, thanks to these talented guys. It began over 40 years ago with Paul Klinzing asking us to do Monroe’s for the first time. It takes one heck of a team.
