You always want to get a year cleaning done. Also always make sure that you have an air filter on your furnace and air conditioning systems. If you don't your system could end up looking like this and leading to issues. That is a mouse nest in the picture by the fan and lucky did not cause extra issues but could have if the mouse chewed up any wires or if the system ran they would have been breathing it in.

The 5 head Mitsubishi ductless split system we just installed in Agawam. Came out amazing and the customer was thrilled to not have window air conditioners.

It is important for you to clean your oil fired furnace hot it to run properly. At Lend-A-Hand HVAC we replace the nozzle strainer and oil filter, spray everything thing down to remove any build up. We also brush and vacuum your smoke pipe and system.

Swapped out 20 year old 150,000 btu natural gas furnace to a beautiful brand new Ruud 150,000 btu 80% efficiency furnace.
