We are honored to begin another chapter this week — and this one is truly one of a kind. 🏡🏡

Introducing The Bridge.

This project features a layout we don’t see often: two full homes joined together by a breezeway. Two separate living spaces, connected by design, built with the same love and attention to detail we pour into every Mustard Seed project.

Both homes will be filled with stunning finishes and custom touches that make a house feel like home.

We can’t wait to bring this vision to life. Stay tuned — there’s a lot of beauty to come. 🌱

✂️ Trim work is underway at Firm Foundation — and it’s looking sharp! 🏡The pantry and closet system are really starting to come together, and honestly… there’s nothing quite like watching the details take shape. Clean lines, crisp corners, everything fitting just right. 🙌They say the trim is where a house becomes a HOME — and we couldn’t agree more. It’s all in the details, and we don’t cut corners on the corners! Grateful for the hands and hearts that make this work possible. Firm Foundation is living up to its name — from the slab to the finish work! 💪🙏

Project Country Living 🌾🏡

Trading city lights for wide open skies — and we couldn’t be more honored to be the ones building the home that makes it happen! 🙌

This sweet family is making one of the biggest moves of their lives, swapping the hustle of city living for the peace and beauty of country life. And if that wasn’t exciting enough… they’ve got a little one on the way! Baby #2 is coming, which means we’ve got a deadline that doesn’t negotiate 😂👶 Mama’s gonna hit “get nothing done” mode before we know it, so we are ON IT! 🔨💨

We are so grateful to be trusted with this build and we can’t wait to show y’all what we’ve got planned. This is going to be a gorgeous home for a wonderful family, and every nail we drive is gonna mean something. 🌅

🏗️ Wall forming time — and yes, this part MATTERS. ⬛➡️⬜
Before a single wall goes up, we take our time to make sure every form is square, level, and set at the correct height. There’s no shortcut here — the precision precision our subcontractor put in now determines the integrity of everything that goes on top.
And if you’ve ever wondered why we choose poured concrete walls over block walls — here’s the short answer: structural integrity. 💪 Poured walls create one solid, continuous unit that’s stronger, more resistant to water infiltration, and built to last. Block walls have mortar joints — and joints are potential weak points. We’re building homes that stand for generations, so we do it right from the ground up.
