I am adding more inventory into the website! Just make sure to filter to “date, new to old” and you will see them! Just a few that are at the top of my camera roll! 🤣

My first seedling bloomed! This year was so harsh on all my iris (mature ones and the new seedlings) and their growth has been stunted with bloom stalks. But, this one finally took its precious time and bloomed today. This is a cross between aviator wings and catwalk. I’ll keep it for now - to see how next year’s bloom looks like. But for now, I am just excited we finally have a bloom from something we hybridized!

June 4th - still digging up random Noids in the field- having a heck of a time trying to dig different ones, but still having success…

Here is just a few examples of what I am dealing with. I planted these as single iris in spring of 2021. Some have only bloomed two times for me over 5 years… so hard to really get a photo to sell them. Now they are going to be removed so I can plant named varieties next year.

If you don’t care about colors and just want cheap iris- this June mixed collection is for you! Just head over to website and find the June mixed box!

It’s June 1st and I’m digging out the June mixed variety orders that will be shipping. I watered a few days ago so they are digging really nicely.

I will have plenty of irises to sell of this mixed variety, so make sure you head on over and put an order in. Just search for June Mixed Variety and it will pop up.

At least 20 colors (noids) won’t be labeled
For $75 and that includes shipping.

Going through my inventory on my website and seeing what is still available! It’s amazing to me what colors grab people’s attention one year and not the next. If these are calling your name, head on over and order! 😉 $10-$12 each. Great growers.
Do you have any of these? How does it grow for you?!
Which one do you like the best?

I walked by this and took a photo and was like, this isn’t the same plant. There has to have been a “cling on” with Florentine silk… because the left isn’t it.

Florentine silk is lighter in color and has a very slight edging to it.

The one on the left is Poem of Ecstasy. (Double checked with the blooms from correct places in my field)

I got this from “Que sarcasm” C&T Iris (who did a horrible disservice to a lot of you)

Luckily I also had Florentine Silk from another grower and Poem of Ecstasy from another grower. Phew.

These have been marked with bright orange flagging tape and I will be separating them out and replanting in a new location. (Then will let them bloom again before I sell them)

Takes a while to make sure identification is accurate… but worth it.

Last night we had a quick storm blow over the field and rained hard to the east of us. Then the sun came out and made for an epic photo shoot with my Dino and sign! Rainbows are amazing!

The iris in the foreground of the butterfly is called Sunsets Over San Juans.
