BGB Grow Co. Pickle Park, Montrose CO I’m Sara Ann, the grower behind BGB Grow Co. wife, mama, and backyard gardener.

What started as a home garden grew into sharing fresh plant starts, herbs, and seasonal produce with the community.

We’ve got another freeze creeping in early next week — and the Denver area looks like it may catch it too. If you already transplanted or you’re planning to this weekend, don’t let one cold night undo all your hard work.

Cover your plants overnight. Uncover them in the morning. 💚

One of the first plants to wake up in my garden, Pickle Park, every year — Pink Lemonade Honeysuckle.

Smells amazing, keeps the hummingbirds busy, and brings in pollinators like crazy.

A good garden doesn’t just grow plants… it grows life.

What’s waking up in your garden right now?

Happy Mother’s Day from the BGB crew. 💚💚💚

The real roots behind BGB Grow Co. and the inspiration behind the name: Bear, GiGi and Bizzie-Lizzie.

Turns out raising kids and growing plants have a lot in common. You plant the seed, do your best not to over water the situation, and somehow they continue to grow right before your eyes. Every season teaches you something new. Some days are full blooms and proud moments… other days feel like fighting pests, surprise frost warnings, and straight-line winds while you're knee deep in manure with a watering can and a prayer. 😂

But watching them grow into their own people? That part never gets old.

There’s an indescribable kind of love in nurturing something from the ground up — whether it’s a garden, a dream, or these three wild humans that made me a mom in the first place.

To all the moms out there holding it together through every season: Ready. Set. Plant. 🌱

Moisture Preservation - Mulching your plants can reduce soil moisture loss up to 70%. Water deep and keep your soil covered.

Feeding your plants is a necessity to encourage growth but timing is everything while we're in a drought. Remember to feed when you transplant as you'll be watering now at that time.
