Closing day! What a journey this one was! I got incredibly close to my seller and her family during this whole process and what a blessing they were. Nobody prepares ya for that feeling when everything is signed and done and you both know you just won’t talk as much now 😭 😃

I also got to add another name to my short list of real estate heroes in Lauren MaGuire Toppins and the Cherrywood RE team that represented the buyer on this one. They were INCREDIBLE to work with.
