We completed this project in Westlake Village back in July... Professional photos are coming soon, for now a few teases of the project.
This was a worn down 60's home that has one the the most beautiful locations on Lake Sherwood. Its a downslope lot/home, meaning the street level has the garage, the 2 story home is down hill from the street. This beauty recieved a new foundation under her, new rear decks on the lakeside/rear of the home, a beautiful front deck area with a Koi pond, a large fire pit, BBQ area. This mid century modern home was reqbuilt from top to bottom with very modern finishes through-out. 14 weeks were spent just to jack hammer the shape the property for the front yard hardscape and landscape package with all the walls, floating stairs, and the pond spillway style pond. I am only going to share a few before and a few afters today of just the garage and the front yard features..... stay tuned for more over the coming weeks.

To all of our friends, a couple fall tips for the season. We had our first rain in So. Cal earlier this week. Now is a good time to go out and make sure the gutters on our home and the drains in our yards are clean and flowing well.... for those drains inside your home, sinks tubs and floor drains if you have them. Use household baking soda and vinegar for a safe effective solution to make sure those drains are flowing nicely as well.

Need to Update your Fireplace.... Give us a call at Rhino Construction.... This Fireplace wall always had this odd framing bump in it (Red Part) ... Fixed it by framing it wider along side of existing, then adding stone to make it look intentional, add modern mantle and update the wall with a 77" new TV.

We are honored to be able to work on some of the coolest projects in recent years at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library. We've helped install an F-117 Stealth Bomber, an M-1 Tank, the Gold Star Families Monument and the Hologram Theater just to name a few. This latest project is the foundation for a Statue of a very special person in American History.

If you care to guess, Rhino Construction would love to buy you lunch if your the 1st correct guess.

1st small Hint.... This person broke the sound barrier.

This Lake Sherwood home was completed a few months ago. It is a Doug Burdge Design and a Rhino Construction build. This 6800 SF beauty features 4 bedrooms, separate primary bathrooms for him and her. Theres also a bonus room for a nanny or an au pair and a media/theatre room as well a gym near her primary bath that leads to a beautiful rear private deck. Thank you to ALL of our subcontracting partners that shared in this build.
