Air handler in garage( No leaking on Sheetrock ) , Dual trunk system( All hard pipe ) , multiple air returns in every corner of house , 4” filter at air handler not in wall or ceiling , 10 years parts, labor and Freon …. I’ll challenge any price or warranty to compare !

Lightning isn’t always an explosion with fire ! Al Capone usually has to ok insurance to pay out on these situations! Always make sure you have a reputable insurance agent and HVAC professional…. Or you may incur more than a New A/C price !

STOP ! STOP ! STOP putting flex duct under a house ! Where it started and where it ended ! I give Chris Ellis props for the finished closet return … You can have a million dollar AC and still breathe in whatever is under your house if the duct is trash … If you don’t know get ya flashlight and look !
