our field representatives background checked and drug tested for your safety and ours. The founders of this company have been in the construction and remodeling busines
s for many years. They have served in various positions such as superintendent, project manager, and owner of a home building company and a remodeling company for many of those years. The co-founder has held his construction supervisors license and built several single-family homes and is currently a licensed Home Inspector in Florida. Together they have provided excellent service to many repeat customers, which gave them the entrepreneurial idea of starting a preventative home maintenance company. Our Owners have been performing honey do lists for their customers because the homeowners were out-of-state, busy, not physically able or just wanted to spend their time on recreational activities instead. In some case scenarios, they were repeatedly going in to do major repairs, which could have been avoided with regular maintenance.
