Our Interior Design client needed to show their customer their new custom kitchen before any contracts were signed.

This is a great service for our contractors. Most people can not visualize how their new space will look before the project is finished.

Our latest challenge was to convert a 1960’s brick ranch home into an open concept 2 story with the Primary Bedroom, bath, massive w.i.closet & laundry on the 1st floor… 2 BR + office on the 2nd floor. Another “must have” was an open staircase.

Our newest residential project: The existing deck will be a 4-season room with large windows. The homeowners wanted the patio below to remain an open space, therefore the new deck will be built off to the side corner overlooking the adjacent golf course.

The next step is to produce the construction plans ready for the permitting process.
